[ixpmanager] All switch ports are duplicated | ixpmanager v5 | Huawei S6720

This shouldn't really happen under normal circumstances.

Switch ports are identified by IfIndex and so duplicates shouldn't occur 
unless Huawei are doing something unusual.

Probably best to delete and re-add the switch.
