is it possible to use the latest release? v4.8.0 is pretty stale at this
stage.

I take it you know this is because 'RS CLient' and/or 'Apply IRRDB
Filtering' is not checked in their VLAN Interface settings?

So that's;
$this->customer()->getIRRDB()->getSource()
When you look on the left hand menu in IXP Manager, click on 'IRRDB
Configuration'. Are there entries here? And if so, is the source set?
Edit the customer causing the issue - probably the one after Airtel -
have you set an IRRDB configuration for them? You do this when you add /
edit a customer.
If IRRDB Configuration is empty, you can see it from:
https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/blob/master/database/seeds/IRRDBs.php
by running the following in your IXP Manager directory:
php artisan db:seed --class=IRRDBs
(I'll keep this email in my inbox as a todo for a more helpful error
message).
