[ixpmanager] Route Server Install Bird 2

Hey Guys,

I'm running the Bird 2 reconfigure script, and I keep getting the below error. (It has never worked, first Bird 2 Route Server.)

I have been working on this for a few hours and I'm at a complete loss. Anyone know why this is happening? I assume it's coming from this part of the config file

I Have cleared the /usr/local/etc/bird folder so it was empty and it did nothing, but it is creating the config in that file.
