[ixpmanager] MRTG Graphs

Hey Barry,

Just checking back in with this,

The Grapher details are below, Its still coming up with the broken images. Should we use something other than MRTG instead?
As from what I can tell, there isn't anything wrong here.

not really enough information below to help you.

Most likely an issue with the GRAPHER_* config elements in .env. Can you share all of those?
