Hi Shahab,

ok, this is progress - if AS-ASIATECH didn't include AS43754, then it 
would definitely be filtered.

In order to get the correct configuration out to the route servers, you 
need to update your local database first:

% artisan irrdb:update-asn-db
% artisan irrdb:update-prefix-db

Once this is done, you can then rebuild the RS configuration.  After 
reloading, it should work fine.
