[ixpmanager] FATAL Error in IRRDB Prefix Update

Nope,
I do think it's because of raddb, I tried again and I get the same error,
also for 1st Member it is going well.

root at members:/srv/ixpmanager# php artisan irrdb:update-prefix-db
