[ixpmanager] Inter POP Trunk Graphs in new 5.7 deployment

Nick - it isn't working the default way either. Here is what I did:

1- renamed the "new" skin" and edited the 
/srv/ixpmanager/resources/views/services/grapher/mrtg/trunks.foil.phpp

2- added one new trunk

3- recreated the mrtg.con and verified the "new trunk" was there

4 - restarted MRTG  and I see that the "new trunk has an RRD

5 - logged back in and still not seeing it under statistics.
