[ixpmanager] Upgraded from v4.9.3 -> V5.0.0 - Users (including admin) get “Your user account is not associated with any members.”

Hi Nick,

sounds like you missed some critical steps in the upgrade procedure. 
Please see:

and especially the section 'Users' for the issue you have below.
