[ixpmanager] Potential bug in Switches List Live Port State section

Hi team,
I hope you're doing fine. I noticed a strange behavior when I select the
Live Port State in one of the switches, it shows not only the ports of that
switch but the ports of all the switches I have.

Please let me know if you can help me find if this is a bug or if I'm doing
