[ixpmanager] Problem Add Route Server IXP Manager

Hi Hersan,

It looks to me like IXP Manager couldn’t talk to BirdsEye on the route 
server.

Birdseye has an /api/status endpoint, so you can retrieve something 
like:
http://rs1-ipv4.yourdomain.net/api/status

Do you get anything from that?
