[ixpmanager] New user 500 error

Hi Marc,
thanks for your answer, I read the previous email and I edited the .env
file instead of mail.php in this way:
MAIL_DRIVER=smtp
MAIL_HOST=smtp.cern.ch
MAIL_PORT=587
MAIL_PRETEND=false
MAIL_USERNAME="username"
MAIL_PASSWORD="password"

am I missing something?
