[ixpmanager] New user 500 error

Hi Fabiano,

Yes all modification need to be in the file  ".env" only.

MAIL_DRIVER=smtp
MAIL_HOST=smtp.cern.ch <http://smtp.cern.ch>
MAIL_PORT=587
MAIL_PRETEND=false
MAIL_USERNAME="username"
MAIL_PASSWORD="password"

you should add
MAIL_ENCRYPTION=tls
