[ixpmanager] Upgrade 5.2.0

Hello Hello,
After Upgrade, Port Utilization is not working, Its always empty and I
think cron Jobs are not working well.

My crontab:

# IXP Manager cron jobs:
*  *    * * *   www-data        cd /srv/ixpmanager && php artisan
schedule:run >> /dev/null 2>&1

0 2     * * *   www-data        cd /srv/ixpmanager && php artisan
grapher:upload-stats-to-db >> /dev/null 2>&1
5 2     * * *   www-data        cd /srv/ixpmanager && php artisan
grapher:upload-pi-stats-to-db >> /dev/null 2>&1

When I am manually running these two grapher to-db scripts, port
utilization is okey and just working that day. Next day again its empty
must insert manually.
