[ixpmanager] DNS/ARPA API permission

Hi,

Is it possible to use API key generated by non-SU user in order to get
access to DNS/ARPA API?

I tried with Customer Admin key for main infrastructure - but got
"Insufficient permissions. I presume the SU key gives some more
privileges to other parts of API - and I'd like to avoid that if possible.
