[ixpmanager] Nagios Not running With Bgp session!!!!!

Hi Basil,

I'm not using the Nagios integration myself, but you can try and run the
script which is mentioned after the (No output on stdout) part.
So try to run
/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/nagios-check-birdseye-bgp-sessions.php ...
manually on the shell.

As you can see here it needs the API URL as parameter:
https://docs.ixpmanager.org/features/nagios/#service-checking_2
You should then see what the error is.
