[ixpmanager] Customers change reverse DNS in IXP Manager

Hello,

Just to follow up on this old issue:

"allow customers to view / set reverse DNS for IP"

This is from 2013, and in 2015 was slated for the v4 development, but 
it's still quite a frequent
request to support@ to change the reverse DNS (and possibly other 
things.)

It would be useful if users could at least see this information in IXP 
Manager.

Or is this implemented and I've missed it somehow, or is it still on the 
roadmap?
