[ixpmanager] Nagios problem

That's actually ok because the ./nagios-service.sh script is not 
intended to be run by administrators.  It's called by the 
update-nagios-*.sh scripts, so you can ignore it.

Check the output using the Nagios config verification:

> root at agios:/srv/nagios# /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

Also, you need to make sure that the ixp manager nagios configuration is 
included in /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg.
