[ixpmanager] Missing Member from IXF Export

Hi Paul,
to be listed, a member must meet the following criteria:
- join date <= today (on customer)
- leave date null / > today (on customer)
- customer type must not be an 'associate member' (on customer)
- customer status must be set to 'normal' (on customer)
- at least one of the physical interfaces must be set to connected
