[ixpmanager] Weathermap in IXP Manager

Hi all,

We (in Greek Internet Exchange - GR-IX) plan to add the Weathermap 
functionality in the IXP Manager.

I have already seen a previous reference about the 
installation/configuration of a weathermap in the IXP Manager 
(https://www.inex.ie/pipermail/ixpmanager/2020-July/002724.html), 
however I wanted to ask if anyone has further hints/instructions related 
to the installation/configuration of the weathermap as a standalone tool.
