[ixpmanager] Support for Huawei - S6720-54C-EI-48S-AC

Hi Folks,

We are still having issues to connect the Huawei Switch to IXP Manager.

Any help is highly appreciated, as this is the only Switch for this IX.

A little background.
We have this Huawei switch which after a few changes in the vendor_huawei.php started to be detected but when we ran the switch:snmp-poll it says OSS_SNMP exception.

Another GH issue was created by Kyle Spencer who used to help this IXP.

As issue #72 states, after a little edit in the vendor file, the switch started to be recognized but the interfaces cant be polled via SNMP.
Looks like we need a different Iface.php file for this switch.
