oops, this can happen occasionally.  It's an mrtg issue rather than an 
IXP Manager issue - as you can see, the config file is fine.

Several ways, e.g. put mrtg into systemd with something like this:

> Restart=on-failure
> RestartSec=5s

Or, use SNMP monitoring to check up on UCD-SNMP-MIB::prTable.
