[ixpmanager] PHP memory_limit

Hi,

Hit a problem where, on a new deployment, member pages couldn’t be 
loaded because it was hitting the default PHP memory_limit of 128M.

There doesn’t seem to be any mention in the docs about increasing 
that? - we should add a note to the installation pages?

Is 2G the recommended [and what INEX run]?

How much RAM do you give your frontend IXPM box?

If it ever uses even half that and you get a few concurrent users, 
that’s quickly going to add up.
