[ixpmanager] Error when adding/polling switch via SNMP

We recently got some new switches and installed Cumulus Linux 4.3.0 on
them. When trying to add them into ixpmanager via the /switch/add-by-snmp
method, we're receiving a 500 error of "Undefined offset 1".

Laravel telescope shows this as an issue with line 44 in
/srv/ixpmanager/vendor/opensolutions/oss-snmp/src/OSS_SNMP/Platforms/vendor_cumulus.php,
which is just the text:

    $this->setOsVersion( $matches[1] );

The same error occurs if we add the switch manually and then attempt to
poll it to see the live port states.  Anyone else run into this?
