[ixpmanager] IRRDB cron behavior when using private ASN

Thanks for the reply. That did it!


Looks like IIRDB field for the RC member was blank. I set it to RADB, and now it doesn't error out.

On the customer overview page for this member, what is the IRRDB field
set to?
