[ixpmanager] Disparity between MRTG and SFLOW graphs.

Greetings All,

We have mrtg and sflow graphing up and running but there is a very big
difference between the graphs produced by the two graphing tools.

For Eg, a sensor which has 300Mbps and 4Gbps of input and output traffic
respectively on MRTG will be around 0Mbps and 100Mbps on Sflow.

MRTG graph is closer to reality as it matches graphs from our other
monitoring tools.
