[ixpmanager] Error message creating mrtg config file

Dear support,

I sent this email, because we have an issue with the MRTG. The MRTG is
running on the same server as the IXP, and the process is running well, you
can see the graph from the different members and switch as well, but we
made some changes for a customer (Switch port)  and then, checking the
graph  did not show any information. I tried to create the mrtg config file
using the following command:
*php artisan grapher:generate-configuration -B mrtg -O /etc/mrtg.cfg*
After that, it showed an error message and did not generate the config
file.
 I already stop and start the MRTG service, Up and down the IXP, and
restart the server with the same results. I send  you the information that
is requested by the best way to ask. Thanks for your help.
