[ixpmanager] No graphs on smokeping

Smokeping alias looks like functioning:

Running the script returns ok

Processing 1 - ipv6.... unchanged -> skipping [DONE]

Smokeping reloading...

Configuration file '/etc/smokeping/config' syntax OK.
