[ixpmanager] Strange Behavior on Reseller Ports Configuration

Hi Marinos,

Which version of IXP Manager are you using?

At what point are you editing the port details? This could be either 
before or after adding it to the customer, and
before or after associating a fanout port.

If you go to Switches -> Switch Ports what is the type set to before and 
after you make the change?

"Fanout" ports are not available to be edited, but if the port is not 
assigned to a customer,
you can try to reset it back to "Unset/Unknown" in the individual port 
edit page under "Switches -> Switch Ports"
