[ixpmanager] Add position in rack for switches

Hi guys,

I suppose it will be useful to have "Mounted At" and "U Position" for the switches just like you do for patch panels.
Sometimes it needs to ask the datacenter about some task for a switch but you don't know in what unit it's installed.
What do you think?
