[ixpmanager] Confused on Reseller Configuration

Also, if no other option is available, you could add a new 'fake' switch 
manually and assign these members ports there. Not ideal I know. There 
is a piece of work we need to do here but, as Nick alluded to, it's not 
as simple as it may sound.
