[ixpmanager] Mrtg, smokeping and sflow

Hi Daniel,

Welcome to the IXP Manager community!

Can you provide some information on how far you've got so we can see 
what's stopping things from working?  Please feel free to paste text 
logs into https://pastebin.ibn.ie/.  Just remember to remove any 
sensitive information (e.g. Application keys, API keys, DB passwords, etc).
