[ixpmanager] IXP manager can't accept option for MRTG ?

Hi Basil,

Can you run the following command:

# php artisan grapher:generate-configuration -B mrtg -O /tmp/mrtg.cfg

then check if the "TimeStrPos[_]: RU" configuration line appears in the 
/tmp/mrtg.cfg file?
