Hi Lisa,

seems strange.  What do the following commands show?

# ls -la /usr/bin/sflowtool
# lsattr /usr/bin/sflowtool

If "ls -la" doesn't show "-rwxr-xr-x" at the start, can you execute:

# chmod 755 /usr/bin/sflowtool

... and try again.
