[ixpmanager] Grapher not working after distupgrade

Let me add, looks like it was installed as php8.0-rrd on here, so php-rrd
was happily finding a version.... just not the right one :D and all this
while my default has been 7.4 all along...
$ php --version
PHP 7.4.18 (cli) (built: May 3 2021 11:26:29) ( NTS )
