[ixpmanager] pointers in getting sflow up

1) I do have sflow samples hitting the collector and sflowtool splitting 
the feeds (and also to another box for tesing.)

2) My installation, database and sflow collector are on 3 different 
boxes.  I can connect to mysql remotely over the command line.

I think I am hung up on where the ixpmanager.conf is supposed to be and 
what exactly should be in there.

Also what does INEX, or other IXPs using Arista,  with 1g to 100g ports 
use as their sample rate?
