[ixpmanager] Trouble with IX-F Export

Hi team,

We're attempting to export our data to IXPDB via the IX-F API but are
getting massive validation errors.

Our API URL is here: https://portal.uixp.co.ug/api/v4/member-export/ixf/1.0

The validator URL is here:

We manually upgraded from 4x to 6.2.0 and wonder if this may be causing
issues? Or perhaps the IXPDB validator is broken?

We've dug through our IXP Manager instance and can't seem to identify any
problems with our configuration.

Anyone with a clue?
