[ixpmanager] User Creation - Logs issue in IXP Manager

Hi Marinos,

looks like a bug.

Can you put the output of storage/log/laravel.log relating to this error 
on https://pastbin.ibn.ie/ and open a bug on Github with the pastebin 
link please?
