Yeah, we did make a conscious decision to just do ipv4 initially on the 
basis that we felt IXPs creating the vxlan underlays would use rfc1918 
addressing.

If can think ipv6 would be useful at this point, please open a feature 
request on GitHub following the instructions there around the 
information required in the template:
