[ixpmanager] IXPM 6.2.0 : Reseller's uplink port considered as peering port

Hi all,

We bumped into the following case:

By changing a reseller's uplink port to a new port, the new port is 
automatically considered as a peering port instead of a reseller port.

Is that an expected behaviour?
