[ixpmanager] Issue with mac addresses not updating after conversion to 6.2

Looks like (I probably) broke something in our 4 version upgrade from
5.7> ~ 6.2.   I did notice the script changed 18 days ago and I have
that one.
Basically I started over on the compile and am getting a DBI not found.
