[ixpmanager] Issue with mac addresses not updating after conversion to 6.2

Just an quick update - Arista Kits seem to work - just chasing down 
folks with extra macs and maybe an odd issue with DCS-7050qx.

However - I'm not getting LAGS on the Dell / EMC kits with OS9 or 10.  I 
opened an issue on the snmp code.
