[ixpmanager] IXP MGR Graphs not displaying after 6.3 upgrade

Hi Jay,

looking at this list: 
https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/issues/818#issuecomment-1309129483

it appears php8.0-rrd is missing?

Could you apt install php8.0-rrd and restart apache?
