[ixpmanager] support: The server returned a "405 Method Not Allowed"

Hello,

I tried to add switch in ixp manager and I got the below error

Oops! An Error OccurredThe server returned a "405 Method Not Allowed".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error
occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience
caused.

I'm using ixp manager v6.3.1

I'm pinging my switch and snmp is even working

Please can you help to fix this issue.
