[ixpmanager] Ubuntu 22.04/24.04?

shorter answer than Barry's email on Friday: yes, Ubuntu 22.04 works 
fine for 6.3.1. The only things you need to be concerned about are:

1. you need to use composer2 from getcomposer.org - the packaged version 
of composer on ubuntu 22.04 no longer works.
2. the install process needs to be done manually to specify the correct 
php module versions, i.e. php81-xxxx instead of php80-xxxx.
