[ixpmanager] IXPM v6.4 .2 Install failed on debian 12

I installed MySQL 8.4.3 by following the instructions here[1] .

I got one error

"General error: 1419 You do not have the SUPER privilege and binary 
logging is enabled (you *might* want to use the less safe 
log_bin_trust_function_creators variable)"

I set log_bin_trust_function_creators  to 1 in my local cnf file 
(/etc/mysql/conf.d/local.cnf )

```
[mysqld]
log_bin_trust_function_creators = 1
```

I followed the rest of the manual instructions and everything went well.
