[ixpmanager] Assistance Needed with looking glass - Birdseye

Hi Faizan,

the LookingGlass->bgpSummary() method mentioned in the erorr log, loads 
the /api/protocols/bgp URI. So if you can see this on curl, it means 
that the LG installation is basically working.  Can you make sure that 
the rs4-ipv4 hostname is in the DNS and then try reloading from the browser?
