[ixpmanager] v6.4.0 and logging

Thanks Nishal for posting those references.
I've just pushed a change [1] which has resolved this at NCL-IX where I
noted it on my upgrade video.
There's a couple other bug fixes in release-v6 including this and save
to pull.
If someone can confirm this resolves it for them also, I'll stamp a new
release then.
