[ixpmanager] Polling issue with Huawei CE6870 (VRP 8.191) switch

Hi Alexander,

Can you open an issue on this at https://github.com/opensolutions/OSS_SNMP and ensure you provide the detail requested at https://github.com/opensolutions/OSS_SNMP/wiki/Device-Discovery#adding-new-devices ?

If you can include the changes you made to the platform discovery code that would be helpful too and a snmpget showing the hex output.

Note I’m on annual leave for a couple weeks so I won’t be able to look at this until I’m back.
