[ixpmanager] MX-LAG workaroud

Hi Mario,

I'm not sure I full understand the issue. While MC-LAG isn't officially 
supported some IXPs use it and have made it work with IXP Manager.

For p2p graphs, you need to set the MACs in one of two ways as 
documented here:

https://docs.ixpmanager.org/latest/features/layer2-addresses/

I suspect if you use the 'configured MACs' it will work fine as this 
attaches the MAC to the vlan interface.

See https://docs.ixpmanager.org/latest/features/sflow-p2p/ for updating 
ixpmanager.conf on your sflow collector where you'll need to set:
