[ixpmanager] ASN Lookup issues for as-path > 1

Hi Folks,

Some time ago this GH issue fixed the new way to do the ASN lookup in the LG:

https://github.com/inex/IXP-Manager/issues/880

However, we just noticed that it works only for the first ASN in the AS-PATH, subsequent ASNs return this error:

[2025-03-27 06:15:58] production.ERROR: fsockopen(): Unable to connect to whois.cymru.com:43 (Connection timed out) {"userId":1,"exception":"[object] (ErrorException(code: 0): fsockopen(): Unable to connect to whois.cymru.com:43 (Connection timed out) at /srv/ixpmanager/app/Utils/Whois.php:81)

Can you pls check?

IXP Manager version 6.4.2.
